The thing that drives me crazy when brushing my dog is all of the flyaway hair. It's okay when I can do it outside, but with winter coming, it makes a mess.This steam brush is the perfect solution to controlling flyaways. The moisture keeps the hair under control. Now I can groom my pup indoors without ending up with hair everywhere. It's easy to clean, and my dog likes it.

Dog approved. My dog welcomes being groomed with this brush. The bristles are soft and yet while they are soft, they capture his hair and have reduced shedding around our home. The cool mist I feel attracts more hair to the brush. The release feature helps clean the hair right off the brush. I can hand this brush in ur mudroom where I have my dog leash hanging. My dog goes belly up, sprawled out like it’s his spay day ready to be brushed. Great device, works amazingly good and has good value.

We have 2 cats with long hair coats. Grooming them can be difficult at times. And the hair flying around during and after brushing them is a problem because I am allergic to cats. This soft, easy to grasp steam brush solves much of the issue. The cats enjoy how it feels, and the steam helps to prevent flying hair and dander… It’s a WIN WIN!

This ULTRASONIC “Steam” Brush far exceeded my expectations. With over 18 years of owning Afghan Hounds, you would think I would already have bought the perfect grooming and loose hair removal comb or brush known to man. WRONG. Honestly, when scrolling through new pet products on Amazon before falling asleep, as many pet parents do, I came across this 4 in 1 Steam Brush. I was intrigued by their product listing, yet concerned about using steam against my dog's skin, I read to learn more details and facts. Relieved learning that the “steam” was not heat generated, instead it is an ultrasonic mist that, by its nature, would penetrate my dog's hair easily. That is a win-win for several reasons. Number ONE rule with Afghan Hounds is to NEVER brush or comb their hair DRY… NEVER! Their coat, which is long and silk-like, is so fine and easily broken and susceptible to damage that it must be misted while brushing and combed through. NO EXCEPTIONS. This ULTRASONIC “Steam” Brush checked that box. Secondly, when brushing an Afghan, which I do daily, their silky, loose, long hair can FLY… everywhere. This ULTRASONIC “Steam” Brush checked that box too, since the bristles contain the loose hair that it removed, and the mist “steam” damages the hair shaft enough to make it too heavy to fly away.The unit is lightweight with a great comfort grip for me to securely hold... without experiencing hand cramps as I often do since brushing my dog out is a 20-to-30-minute nightly routine. The onboard water storage is a little bit over 1 ounce. With a full battery charge and a full tank of water, it keeps going and going for the entire time. SIDE NOTE: If the battery is so low that it does not turn on, you can plug in a USB-C cable, preferably with a long cord, and use the device WHILE IT IS PLUGGED IN.I only use water, tap currently though will switch to distilled. I would not use any other liquid or an additive mixed into the water. Besides being potentially hazardous to you and your pets’ lungs, which would shorten the life of the device. There is no way to access the mesh element to clean it or the screen of water contaminants so being initiative-taking is wise.The one-page manual included with the device is the size of a large postage stamp. Therefore, I have included an enlargement for your convenience.I like this product, I use it every day, and am pleased with the quality of the build and ease of use. There is no audible high-frequency noise that I, as a human, can hear. It does not seem to cause my dogs any discomfort either, as they do not seem to notice when I turn the device on.I highly recommend this item.

I got this for my dogs and I’m hoping it’ll help keep them clean between their baths. My dogs love this brush and my daughter said it felt soothing like a spa.It’s easy to set up and fill with water— I instructions needed…. You just pop open the cover thing in the back and fill with water. Then hit the button for it to begin steaming. And the brush even came charged! Nice!!!There wasn’t any noise so my dogs weren’t scared and stayed completely still so obviously it was an enjoyable experience. I have a doodle and a staffie fyi—one is long haired and the other is short haired. Both enjoyed it. It did remove hair. Brush is a fair price IMO. And it’s a good size. We used on both and there’s still water left in the brush.But the doodle does regularly get groomed so we only minimally used on him.

Terrific brush, absolutely terrific! The cool mist it produces really helps with brushing. Works equally well on long and short coats. The tines are very sturdy and do an excellent job. It charges quickly and holds the charge well. I filled the brush from the faucet, did not use the little bottle but it was thoughtful that it was provided. When charging the brush shows red light. After charging is complete the light turns green. Very easy to see and understand.Well designed, well made - what's not to like? We have a lot of different grooming tools and this brush will fit in nicely with the ones we use most often. Great tool, excellent buy.

So I got this to use on cats, as I have four. I have reviewed several of these steam brushes and this is one of my favorites. Why? There are 3 reasons. I. It has a hole in the bottom that I can use to hang it up. I like to hang my pet grooming tools up in the kitchen. 2. It came with a bottle, especially designed to make it easier to add water. 3. There is a lot more steam coming out of the outlet than the others. The others barely wet the pet's hair at all unless I groom slowly. But with this brush the steam is heaver.

This steam brush has been a game changer for grooming my long-haired cat! The steam helps loosen the fur, and the brush glides through easily without pulling. It also works great on our dog. I love the self-cleaning feature makes cleanup quick and mess-free. The rechargeable design is super convenient too. My pets seem to enjoy the massage-like feel. Highly recommend for pet parents!

This is a neat pet brush. I really wish it came with instructions, as I had to really inspect it to figure out where the water goes. It came fully charged and I was able to use it right away. One of my cats did not mind it all. My other cat is afraid of the steam feature. He will have to warm up to it. I am using it with no steam at first and only turning it on briefly. The steam is cold and does leave my cats damp/wet, but they did dry very quickly. It does brush out a lot of hair and undercoat. I was impressed with amount that I got out of it. I do wish the bristles were a bit softer, it is awkward pulling it through my cats coat at times. I feel like it could be more challenging to use on a dog with thick hair. The best feature is the button that releases the hair. Very nice feature and no hairs travel in the air. You can simply release and toss in the trash. I like this product and hope to use it a lot in the future for my cats.
